The Outward-Development is a shock to the life of a team at the same time it is an excellent feeling with uncommon meaning. What’s more it makes us clearly realized that we are a team! We loved each other!
That day we came to the beautiful South airline base.
At the beginning we were divided into four groups and each group should create the team name, team song, and slogan in ten minutes. And then each group shows its style in succession;

1. The Rockets Captain: Fengxiang Liu Slogan: Rockets, rocket, always be ahead

2. The Raptors Captain: Zhongzong.Pei Slogan: the elites always game to take challenge
3. The Tripartite Captain:Zhiqiang Guo Slogan: the Tripartite never be surrender to any difficulty
4. The Dream Team Captain:Caihua Ao Slogan: we become more and more better everyday.





After the warning-up, we carry out the following activities.
1.Top speed and time limit
Procedure: to divide the whole team into 4 groups. To put the number1-30 as a round then the group member should knock the number in sequence.
The “top speed and time limit” expounds a profound truth in the simple play, which shows that as a team and we should be cooperative to achieve our joint goal.



2. Roman gun carriage
Procedure: to return to the Roman times, tribal wars broke out for the territory. Each group owned the resources for the battle (bamboo long one:9 and short one:1 Tablespoon:1 balloon: several )
Objective: to use the resource reasonably and the detail decides the whole.



3. Upper-air: To be yourself
Procedure: to stand on the pillar with 8m height than jump to grasp the horizontal bar 1.2m away from the pillar.
Objective: To put yourself to the others shoes and to challenge yourself.


4. Angle Hand
Procedure: The too members should walkover 10m steel wire only can be help by each other.
Objective: To believe yourself and trust your partner.
This activity seems a bit daunting! However, there are always "Warriors" take the lead, and the complete the task successfully. Finally all of us accomplish the challenge.




5. Journey of life and learn to be thankful
Procedure: the team member to be blindfolded and be guided by the others.
Objective: to develop the understanding between the leadership and the led then learn to foster our mutual trust.





What struck me most was the “Journey of life”, Although just like everyone is blindfolded, hand in hand to walkthrough some distance , however, it is as simple as I thought . When the fore person you holding my hand to help me cross each threshold, I was deeply moved When I was holding people's hands behind me to bring him through a rough time and I find how much responsibility I should take. In a team, everyone counts, everyone is special and important. Each of us should be more communication, mutual understanding and mutual support! So that we are able to conquer the difficulties.
6. High Wall
Procedure: to climb over the wall with 4.2m height through team work.
Objective: to challenge yourself and impossible made possible with the power of the team.
The last activity is to climb over the “High Wall”. To raise the morale the Captain Liu created the slogan: Liancheng International, keep moving! At this time we are filled with passion. Finally we created the new record for 2009: 53person to climb over the “High war” only to use 9minunts and 16seconds.





At the end of each activity, we have carried out the presentations and discussions. Each of us is like the innocent students, free and united, serious and friendly! Or we are more like a family. A family filled with love! Nearly sunset, we set foot on the way home, and our footsteps tired, but it is livelier than ever before! It’s time we say fare well to 2009, but the spirit which was stimulate by our Liancheng will last forever!
